Experiences

Six ways to fall in love with the real Mallorca.

Every experience is designed around one principle: depth over volume. Small groups. Local guides. Places most visitors never find. These are not tours — they are introductions.

How it works

You choose the experience. We handle everything else.

All our experiences run with a maximum of 8 guests — by design, not by accident. We work exclusively with local guides, producers and artists who know the island from the inside. Booking is simple: select your experience, choose a date, and we confirm within 24 hours.

Private bookings available for all experiences. Minimum 2 guests, maximum 8.

Hiking & Nature

Tramuntana Private Tour

6 hours · Max 8 guests · From €250 per person

We drive the old road. The one the locals still use — through villages where time moves at its own pace, past dry-stone walls that have been here for centuries, up into the mountains where the air tastes of wild herbs and the sea appears below like something from a dream. This is not a sightseeing trip. It is a way of understanding the island.

What's included
  • Private vehicle with local driver-guide
  • Hidden viewpoints not on any tourist map
  • Visit to a traditional village — coffee included
  • Seasonal stop: orange grove, almond blossom, or olive harvest (depending on time of year)
  • Packed Mallorcan lunch from a local producer
Why this experience

The Serra de Tramuntana is a UNESCO World Heritage Site — and one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Mediterranean. We avoid the tourist routes entirely. Our guide was born in the mountains. He knows the shepherds' paths, the abandoned farmhouses, the spring that flows only in February. You will leave knowing something about Mallorca that most people never discover.

Wine & Terroir

Vineyard Wine Tour

5 hours · Max 8 guests · From €75 per person

Mallorcan wine is one of the island's best kept secrets. Indigenous grape varieties — Manto Negro, Callet, Prensal Blanc — produce wines that taste like nowhere else. We visit two estates that are doing exceptional work: one ancient family bodega, one modern producer pushing the boundaries of what Mallorcan terroir can express.

What's included
  • Private visits to two Mallorcan bodegas
  • Meeting with the winemaker at each estate
  • Guided tasting of 6–8 wines with food pairing
  • Local charcuterie, cheese and pa amb oli
  • Take-home bottle from your favourite wine
Why this experience

He's been making wine here for thirty years. He doesn't need our approval — and the wine makes that clear. What you taste in the glass is limestone, wild herbs, and every dry Mallorcan summer that came before this one. Our winemaker partners don't usually open their doors to groups. They open them for us because we come with genuine curiosity, not a checklist.

Art & Culture

Street Art & Palma Tour

3.5 hours · Max 8 guests · From €75 per person

Palma has a street art scene that most visitors walk past without seeing. Tucked into the old city's lanes, covering the walls of the Canamunt and Canavall quarters, running along the rail corridor — there is a living, evolving conversation happening in paint. Our guide is part of that conversation.

What's included
  • Walking tour of Palma's emerging street art scene
  • Local artist as guide — someone who lives and works in the city
  • Studio visit with a Mallorcan contemporary artist
  • Coffee stop at a neighbourhood café (not a tourist spot)
  • Art print from the visited studio as a gift
Why this experience

Carolina Adan Caro — our Artist in Residence — occasionally leads a special edition of this tour. When she does, the waiting list fills within hours. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified first.

Food & Taste

Gourmet Mallorca

Full day — 7 hours · Max 6 guests · From €225 per person

This is our most immersive experience. It begins at the market at nine in the morning with a chef who has been shopping here for twenty years. It ends at the table at two in the afternoon, eating what you made, understanding where it came from. In between, you learn what Mallorcan food actually is — not the tourist version, the real one.

What's included
  • Morning at the Mercat de l'Olivar or a village market — with a local chef
  • Visit to one or two small producers (cheese, charcuterie, olive oil or honey)
  • Private cooking class: 3 traditional Mallorcan dishes
  • Sit-down lunch of everything you've cooked
  • Recipe booklet to take home — written by your chef
Why this experience

The dishes change with the season. In spring, you might make fava bean stew and a lamb sofrit. In summer, tumbet and a cold roasted pepper salad. In autumn, wild mushroom dishes and the first almonds of the season. The cooking class is always in a real kitchen — a farmhouse, a town house, a family home — never a culinary school.

Estate & Land

Olive Oil Finca Experience

4 hours · Max 8 guests · From €100 per person

The olive trees in the finca we visit are between 200 and 800 years old. The family has been pressing oil from the same groves for four generations. This is not a museum visit — it is an active, working estate, and you are a guest at the family table.

What's included
  • Private visit to a working olive oil estate
  • Walk through the groves with the family owner
  • Guided tasting: 2 oils, different varieties and harvests
  • Traditional estate lunch under the olive trees (seasonal)
  • One bottle of estate olive oil to take home
Why this experience

Olive oil harvest runs from October to December. During this period, we offer a special Harvest Edition of this experience — guests participate in the harvest itself, bringing olives from tree to press. The waiting list for the Harvest Edition opens each September. This is the experience our guests talk about most.

Signature Event

Sunset at the Winery — Golden Hour

3 hours · Max 40 guests · From €100 per person

Once a month. A different winery each time. Forty people who love Mallorca, gathered in the last light of the day with a glass of something beautiful. This is our signature event — and it has never disappointed.

What's included
  • Access to a private Mallorcan wine estate at golden hour
  • Welcome glass of estate cava on arrival
  • Guided tasting of 3 estate wines with seasonal snacks
  • Live music — a local Mallorcan musician
  • Photography by Carolina Adan Caro (images shared afterwards)
Why this experience

The Golden Hour event began as a private gathering. It has grown into something we are genuinely proud of. Every edition is photographed by Carolina Adan Caro, whose images of the evenings have become some of the most shared photographs of Mallorca in existence. We keep the guest list at forty not because we can't fill more seats, but because forty is the number where magic still happens.
