Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?+
For standard experiences, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. For the Golden Hour events, join our newsletter — seats sell out within days of announcement. For private and bespoke experiences, 2–4 weeks' notice allows us to arrange everything properly.
Can I book a private experience for a group?+
Yes — all our experiences can be booked privately for groups of 2–8 guests. Private bookings receive a personalised itinerary, flexible timing, and the complete attention of your guide. Please contact us directly to arrange a private booking.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations more than 7 days before the experience receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–7 days before receive a 50% refund or a credit for a future experience. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but we will always try to find a solution if circumstances are exceptional.
Are the experiences suitable for all fitness levels?+
Our Tramuntana tour involves walking on uneven terrain — we recommend reasonable mobility and comfortable shoes. All other experiences are fully accessible. Please mention any mobility considerations when you book and we will adapt accordingly.
Do you offer experiences in German?+
Yes. Several of our guides speak excellent German and we are happy to arrange German-language experiences on request. Please mention this preference when booking.
Can you organise completely bespoke experiences?+
This is actually what we love most. If you have a specific idea — a private dinner in a vineyard, a dawn visit to a particular site, a sailing day combined with a coastal food experience — write to us. We've arranged things more unusual than you're probably imagining.
Are children welcome?+
Most of our experiences work well for children over 10 who have genuine curiosity about food, nature and culture. The Golden Hour wine events are for adults only. Please mention the ages of any children when booking so we can advise.
Is there parking available?+
We recommend arriving by taxi or rental car. All experience meeting points have parking nearby. We are happy to advise on logistics when we confirm your booking.
