Sunset at the Winery — Golden Hour Series

Our signature monthly event. One evening, one estate, forty guests. The format never changes because it doesn't need to. You arrive as the sun starts to drop. There is a cold glass of cava waiting. The light does the rest.
Every month we choose a different winery — rotating through the island's finest estates, from the ancient cellars of Binissalem to the clifftop vineyards above Andratx. The venue is announced to ticketholders one week before the event.
The most beautiful evening on the island — by the people who love it most.
Arrival at golden hour (time varies by season). Welcome drink on the terrace. A brief walk through the vines with the winemaker. Return to the estate for a seated tasting of three wines paired with seasonal Mallorcan snacks. Live music from a local musician. Photography by Carolina Adan Caro throughout the evening. The evening ends when people decide to leave — which is usually later than planned.
Brunch on the Estate

A long, slow Sunday morning on a Mallorcan finca. The kind of morning that starts with coffee and bread and ends with wine and conversation and nobody quite knowing how it got to three in the afternoon.
We host two Brunch on the Estate events per season, on the grounds of partner estates in the Tramuntana foothills. A Mallorcan chef prepares a seasonal table — pa amb oli, tumbet, eggs with sobrasada, freshly pressed juices, and always something that surprises. Guests eat together at one long table.
Carolina Adan Caro Studio Evening
Quarterly · 20 guests max · €80 per person
An intimate evening in Carolina Adan Caro's Palma studio. Carolina talks about her work, her relationship with the island, and what it means to make art in a place that has been painted so many times before. Then she shows you what she sees.
Guests have first access to new prints before they are released publicly. Wine, conversation, the smell of paint and canvas. Limited to 20 people — and it stays that way.
Literary Evening — Mallorcan Voices
Biannual · 35 guests max · €60 per person
Mallorca has a remarkable literary culture — from the medieval scholar Ramon Llull to the writers who have been drawn here from every corner of the world. Our Literary Evenings celebrate this, with readings by Mallorcan authors and translators in the courtyard of a historic Palma townhouse.
Events are bilingual (Catalan/Spanish with English introductions). Wine and conversation after the reading. The kind of evening that makes you want to stay another week.
Harvest Experience — Olive Oil Edition
October–December only · 12 guests max · €150 per person
The most tactile event we offer. You come to the finca at eight in the morning. By the time lunch is on the table, you will have picked olives by hand, watched them go through the press, tasted the oil still warm from the mill, and understood something about the land that no amount of reading can teach you.
Available only during harvest season. Twelve guests maximum. Includes estate lunch and a numbered bottle of oil from the day's pressing.
